Reserve Space at the Library:
- Study Space
- Study Rooms may be reserved 1 day in advance, 1 reservation per day, up to 2 hours per day.
- Patrons can request the use of Acme Lab equipment during their reservation by emailing ref_desk@louisvilleco.gov.
- Reservations are considered forfeited if the individual or group does not show up within 15 minutes after the reservation time.
- Meeting Space
- The Louisville Public Library has three public meeting spaces available for use by the public.
- Meeting Spaces can be reserved up to 60 days in advance.
- When not previously booked by a Library or other City/Government group, the rooms are available for:
- Individuals or Groups for study, discussions, tutoring sessions, and similar activities.
- Organized, non-profit groups which offer philanthropic, educational, or cultural programs to the community.
- For-profit business use.
- Meeting Spaces are NOT available for:
- Social functions or celebrations
- Events where admission is charged
- Marketing or selling of goods or services for profit

HOURS OF AVAILABILITY
Library spaces are available during regular Library hours. The Library is unable to permit use of the space before or after regular hours.

Fees for the use of the Louisville Public Library spaces are set by the City of Louisville and are subject to change. Use of the Study Rooms is free for all users.
