Join us for Funky Foods First Friday at the Louisville Historical Museum on November 1, 6–8 p.m. Some of these foods aren't likely to be seen today and can be a little 'funky' to our current sensibilities. From fermentation to hot soda, this First Friday is all about different types of funky foods. The first twenty guests will get to participate in a sauerkraut making demonstration! Join us at this open house style event to taste and find recipes for these interesting foods.
